I work especially with Catholic women seeking greater clarity, healing, or alignment in their personal or professional lives — and with leaders, teams, and small groups who want to integrate faith more deeply into decision-making and daily living.
If you are in a transition, unsure of your next step, or simply tired of a life that does not match what matters most, this is a gentle, client-led process that honors both your faith and your real circumstances.
How We Work
Coaching with me is collaborative and reflective. We slow down, notice what is life-giving and what is draining, and discern the next right steps with greater clarity and peace. Drawing from the Catholic spiritual tradition — especially the examen and Ignatian discernment — we make space to hear God’s voice amid the noise of daily life.
Sessions are held by video. They are practical, compassionate, and spiritually grounded. I do not give advice or tell you what to do. I guide you through a structured process so the insights and decisions come from you, supported by prayerful reflection and clear next steps.
