The Heart Behind Breath of Life Center

Breath of Life Center emerged from a personal calling to accompany Catholic women in drawing closer to Jesus amid life's joys and trials. My own path began after my daughter was born, when motherhood prompted me to question my true purpose. Though I enjoyed my career as corporate freelance artist, I felt an urging to discover more, re-evaluating what would bring deeper meaning in my life. Attending a Called & Gifted Workshop awakened this discernment, revealing spiritual gifts from the Holy Spirit and igniting a passion for supporting others in recognizing theirs. It invited a shift in focus toward Jesus, where everyday life became a pathway to deeper intimacy with God.

Yet, a perfect storm of challenges—financial, emotional, and physical—interrupted this journey. Overwhelmed by stress and anxiety, I experienced struggles in relationships, health, and spirit, trying to control and yet wanting to let go,  I was definitely overthinking. In a moment of surrender, I broke through. I experienced God's loving presence, feeling true healing and hope. This re-conversion, over ten years ago, redirected my life onto a path of discernment, connection, and grace, renewed by Jesus' invitation to renewal.

From this, I began helping others release stress, fear, and self-doubt, connecting life's interruptions to God's preparation for their calling. As a certified Catholic life coach and visual facilitator, I draw from our faith — no new-age practices, just faithful tools aligned with our tradition. Whether through group coaching on core values or leading retreats and workshops, my role is to serve as a sister in Christ, pointing toward Jesus and with the intercession of the Blessed Mother. We navigate transitions, deepen prayer, discern charisms, and find peace in a stressful world, all while giving glory to Him who heals our mind, body, and spirit.

Breath of Life Center honors our uniqueness as God's creation, offering a judgment-free space to encounter His mysteries—vast and limitless—in every season.
