My experience working with or “being” with Mary Smith was phenomenal.  I was in such an awful place in my life.  I can’t begin to explain the high state of anxiety I was in.  I was in deep emotional pain, I couldn’t sleep, and I was wired yet tired.  The nervousness didn’t make me feel like “getting going” and doing anything because at the same time I had no ambition.  I was also extremely depressed.

Mary was always there for me.  She never gave up on me and had faith in me that I didn’t have.  I wanted to live and yet at the same time I felt it was over. A very painful feeling.  Therapies that had helped me to relax weren’t working anymore.  I looked forward to my sessions with Mary because I would get some reprieve.  For me it lasted a short time at first but I wanted more of it.  I made a breakthrough and now I know what it is like to have inner peace.  I’ve become so much more grounded.  I don’t think I ever was really grounded.  I was like a leaf in the wind or an object in the ocean being tossed one way and another.  I am forever grateful for God bringing Mary into my life.  Grateful for her authenticity and for helping me become my authentic self.  Whatever you may be going through give Mary’s work a chance.  YOU are worth it!

I immediately felt that is such a blessing to meeting Mary.  I was processing some deep cutting pain with tremendous amount of defeated spirit about living in the American Culture, comparing where I came from. I had also experienced lots of trauma since birth. Mary was incredibly empathic and could sense all that I was feeling. I never felt so right with someone I never met and I felt so safe with Mary.  I was in such pain and fear for my health before I started working with her.

Most importantly, with Mary, I have so many many heart felt moments that really knowing that someone gives me so much support, so much space , so much understanding of me , and yet we never met physically.  Again, it kept allowing me to open up even while feeling the tendency to crunch down.  In our 5 months of work together, I did not know how I could actually transform so much out of my pain physically, emotionally and psychologically.  I am finally able to create some shifts after my recent diagnosis caused me panic, and I was able to embark on a process that was daunting, and scary and seemed almost impossible. I moved past my fears – out of my current place after for 17 years of playing it safe.

I can only say I have been feeling so blessed meeting Mary and it gives me hope living in this culture after over 23 years feeling the coldness, in comparison to where I grew up where I had good close friends of all ages and genders.
